President and CEO

Mikhail Toumarev founded an engineering firm, Invent Development Center LLC, in 2005; however, he could not find a business that could handle his start-up IT needs in order for him to focus on his primary services and grow his customer base. When he saw this gap in the market, he decided to provide this support that other small businesses need to maximize their potential. Invent Development Center was reestablished as InventDC LLC in 2006.
The business has grown significantly since its founding and diversified its services.

After 16 successful years, Kate Allen joined InventDC LLC as a partner and President & CEO. InventDC was reestablished as Sykes Technologies. Mr. Toumarev was then able to devote all his time to implement emerging technologies and developing the strategic path for Sykes Technologies.
